A Video Tour of My Apartment....For All Who Might Be Curious

I know that many of you might be curious about my apartment here in Hungary. I must say that luckily for me it is much prettier on the inside than it is on the outside. This video was taken during a thunderstorm, so no images from the outside are included, but maybe you don't want to see it. It's pretty standard Communist-built living accommodations.

  1. I am jealous of the fact you have a washer in your flat, and a stove, and a separate bedroom :P
Also, how did you get your video to upload? Maybe mine was too long but it said the upload would take 4 hours and I was like psh not doing that.

  2. I loved the tour! You have a lot of space. I was surprised by the bedroom, as ours is more of a studio setup. We'll have to come over and visit sometime!

Amy, when I share videos, I use a website called Vimeo. You'd have to set up a free account, but it basically uploads and stores your videos and then you can link them to a blog, facebook, or any other website. It's worked for me! Sometimes it takes a little patience, but once things are uploaded, you can just keep going back to the same link to share them again. - Kellie

  3. It took like ten minutes to upload but I don't think I did anything tricky! Just pressed the upload a video button on the post page and selected my videos from iphoto. Idk...maybe the school internet is pretty fast?

  6. Awesome video. Thanks for the tour. Did your apartment have a color printer in it? I left one there two years ago and told the school to leave it there for the use of the next teacher.

  7. It does!! But I still need to buy ink for it! I tried it the other day and seemed to work just fine minus the ink issue...

  8. excellent!!....You can get ink from the local computer store near the chemist store (if you can't find it, let me know) or at TESCO's in Szombathely.

  9. There's actually a Tesco in Koszeg now! It just opened in July down by the train station. I successfully bought ink there on Saturday and all is well!
